Dr. David Downs, M.D. is an orthopedic surgeon specializing in sports medicine and arthroscopy. He was lucky enough to grow up in the community he now serves, having graduated from Troy High School in Fullerton and from California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo. After receiving a medical degree from Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, he returned to southern California for a residency at Loma Linda University Hospital and specialty training at Kaiser Permanente in Irvine.
